Pattern Release Process for Positive Conscious Life
The process of releasing life-long behaviors and beliefs is based on psychological attachment theory. There are four potential breaches of developmental attachment in the Shift process:
Not enough, worthiness issues
Not trusting; not safe to surrender
Lack of Independence - Suffocation
When the attachment breaches are made, a person develops a belief that they will be abandoned (not have enough, not worthy, will be smothered and die). From these beliefs, behaviors develop to help the person cope with the world. These behaviors are always resilient at the time but become dysfunctional as a person matures. These patterns, fields of energy, previously used to foster stability, start to cause distress and discomfort.
The pattern release process assists the person in dissolving these patterns, allowing the individual to become conscious, free of fear, anxiety, anger, depression and self-sabotage. The release process helps to release the resistance to change, enhances a positive belief structure and generative life affirming behaviors.
